Lately I noticed a big difference in our family's normal routine when it concerned about eating out. Dulu sebulan sekali mesti makan kt pizza h*t @ Secret Rec*pe, KFC 2x sebulan. Kadang- kadang jln2 saje masuk SR order kek 1 @ 2 slice, spaghetti utk anak2, air 3-4 gelas. Mewah sgt bunyi nye kan. Sekali makan rm80-90 mmg tak lari. We did allocate some money just for eating out so tidaklah mengganggu budget yg lain. But it's not the money that concerned us. It's the food that we are eating. Not too healthy, i might say. And when we looked at the menu we would be tempted to order more than we can eat. So much being wasted. Astagfirullah... membazir itu sahabat syaitan! It's a wake up call for both of us. Therefore we decided it's time to change that. Sudah 6 bulan tidak ke PH. ye, sejak bulan puasa tahun lepas (kerana keebetulan ia ditutup sementara utk renovation). Kali terakhir ke SR ialah bulan 12 tahun lepas semasa mengikut En Lanun ke Alor Setar. Masih terasa- rasa keenakkan kek Indulgence itu. Ataupun choc brownies with nuts topped with vanilla ice cream. But I am willing to sacrifice all that. Ok je. x mati pun :) and we can use the money for something else or for saving.
Teman pun agak mengikat perut. Bukan sebab x cukup makan ke apa tapi disebabkan berat badan yg agak 'sensitif' sejak 2menjak berhenti bf ni. Punyela senang naik. Nak turun susah ya amat. Sabo aje le. Sblm ni pun teman bukan jenis yg kuat makan tp disebabkan anak bf maka maintain aje le walaupun x exercise. So skrg ni agak berhati2 dengan apa yg teman makan setiap hari. Nasi amik suku aje dr dulu. Sup sayur semangkuk hirup la sampai habis. Malam seboleh2 nye x makan yg berat2. Roti whole grain tu cecah air vico kurag manis. En lanun pun sama mengelak je nk mkn nasi sbb last check up doktor suruh turunkan 7-8 kg. Hari2 teman buat sup sayur satu periuk beso mkn berdua :) Masak sup ayam pun x tumis rebus2 je. Sedap jgk :)
Cuma berharap dapatlah en Lanun belikan treadmill tu. Nak ajak dia gi stadium punye la liat :p kalau ada treadmill di rumah mudahlah teman nk berjogging bila- bila masa aje. Sekarang ni dpt buat skipping & jumping jack aje kt umah. Harapan nk turunkan 5kg aje ni huhu insya Allah...yg penting badan sihat, amin..!
